Interested in making a positive difference in the life of a young girl in need?

DETOUR is now recruiting mentors to volunteer working with girls incarcerated in Juvenile Hall.

We are a gender-responsive mentoring program created for girls, 14-18+ years of age. Our mentors provide mentoring and support on a volunteer basis to girls for 5-6 hours per month for a period of One Year – ensuring a successful transition to their homes, schools, and community as well as assist in reducing recidivism (mitigating repeat offenses).
