Fundraiser at the Farm

Join me for my fun-raiser at the far on Saturday, 9/15 @ 4pm.

This event is about so much more than supporting my campaign. You’ll have the opportunity to visit a jewel of an urban farm, and meet “hyper-local” growers who sell their fresh, delicious produce our farmers market in Lemon Grove (every Thursday @ the VFW, from 3pm-7pm) and at farmers markets around SD county.

Supporting the work of our growers and farmers markets is vital to the economic, physical and mental health of our communities and is also an essential piece of repairing our broken food system. My hope is that the event will create a moment to witness the abundance our own backyards can produce.
