Job Summary

Trial Support Specialistis a single level technical classification allocated only to the District Attorney’s Office. Under direction, incumbents are responsible for producing highly complex audio/visual and/or graphic trial exhibits, demonstrative evidence, and other items; and for providing technical support to professional and support staff involved with such projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • An associate’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency in Media/Graphic Arts, Video Production, Animation, Telecommunications or a closely related field; AND five (5) years of full-time work experience providing audio/visual technical support to professional/educational/investigative or attorney personnel; OR,
  • Seven (7) years of full-time work experience providing audio/visual/graphics technical support to professional/educational/investigative or attorney personnel.

Additional years of directly related, verifiable experience or coursework may be substituted for the education/experience requirements on a year for year basis.

Sisterlocks is seeking to fill a full-time position in our Home Office: Class Schedule Coordinator

Description

The Class Schedule Coordinator is responsible for a range of tasks that support our course offerings. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Setting up new courses in our online portal
  • Managing enrollments, transfers, refunds, and cancellations
  • Setting up and managing payment plans and recurring payments through our payment gateway
  • Processing/storing post-course documentation
  • Processing certification sign-ups
  • Providing effective customer service related to enrollments

In order to be effective in this position, the Class Schedule Coordinator must maintain open communication with other staff members responsible for related functions in the office, such as logistics, customer service, trainer supervision, certification, and order processing.

The Coordinator will be most successful at their assigned tasks if they possess the following skill set:

  • Minimum High School graduate (Some college preferred)
  • Good at problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (written / spoken)
  • Must be well organized and possess good time management skills in order to meet project/taskdeadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of common computer applications for word processing, order processing anddata management. (Will train)
  • Self-motivated
  • Interested in long-term employment.

Compensation:

($17.50/hr. min. / $23/hr. max)

The beginning hourly rate is $17.50 during a 3-month introductory period. Upon successful completion of this initial period, the hourly rate will increase to $18.50. Performance will determine periodic increases.
