This is a Free event. You will be guided step by step on how to rejuvenate your eye-sight. We will use hot and cold water for the practical.
All materials are provided. A short discussion on the facts and benefits of the protocol for the eyes will take place prior to the practical.
You will be able to improve your own eyesight. We helped improve the eyesight of 10 out of 15 attendees at our last workshop

Running February 1-17, 2019: “Bojo’s Place” Written by Jennie Hamilton, directed by Earl Hamilton, Jr., and Yolanda Franklin, is CAT’s annual “HOT” toe tapping, finger popping, don’t stop now, MUSICAL REVUE, presented in commemoration of Black History Month, to honor and celebrate the Blues, Jazz, Pop, Rock & Roll and MoTown, and those who made them possible. Every February we celebrate different Pioneer Musical Artists who’ve paved the way for many of us. Come see Community Actors Theatre burst into a joyous, inspiring celebration! On Sunday, February 10 the Spacebar Cafe is hosting a Black History Month event. The event will include a Black History themed art exhibition starting at 1pm, then at 3pm we will have live music and spoken word poetry. Tony Award winning writer and spoken word poet Reg E Gaines is headlining the event. Come enjoy all these talented artists and of course a variety of delicious foods and beverages that Spacebar Cafe has to offer.
