It could be food for the grill, drinks for the kids, or desserts, etc… I will make a list so we don’t have too much of one thing. So please look for the list. It will be updated constantly. We want the best community BBQ for San Diego! We will do everything we can to make this a success like it has been in the past. Please pay attention to the invite updates. Changes will be coming up quick!

AGENDA; Our team will be getting to the park early to set up. We have TWO spots reserved. We will make sure those spots are together
DJ A-Money will move the crowd! (My son)
Kid games will include tug o war, musical chairs & a water balloon toss. Possibly more…
We’ll have a team of grillers & there will be a serving area. We WILL need volunteers to help serve. We just ask for 30/45 mins of your time.
Hit me if you’re willing to volunteer.
We’re thinking about having a performer or two.
You can hit me up if you want to perform. Keep in mind it would be for free.
We also may have a few vendors. If you want to be a vendor you can inbox me.
Please remember this is a potluck style BBQ. Please bring something that everyone can share. Food, drink, dessert. Look for the list.

Price will be between $20-24 depending on shirt style. Tanks are more expensive
James Burnham will be your contact. You can inbox him. All funds will be up front

If there is an issue after you get your shirt, JB will make it right. I promise u that. I trust him 100%
Please be clear about your order 1) Name spelled correctly, 2) FONT STYLE 3) Correct shirt style 4)Correct SIZE …please make sure he has the correct info. Saving the info you provided will help
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID & RECEIVED BY 8/28 in order to have the shirt by the day of the BBQ
