Once completed in May 2022, Valencia Pointe Apartments will offer 58 two- and 43 three-bedroom units as well as a three-bedroom employee unit. Apartments will be fitted with the standard complement of amenities as well as notable features, including walk-in closets, washer/dryer hookups, and patios/balconies.

Valencia Pointe is MAAC’s newest affordable housing community located at 5930 Division Street, San Diego, CA 92114. The development has 102-units with two- and three-bedroom apartments for households earning between 40-80 % of area median income (AMI). The rent range for a 2br/1ba unit is from $958 to $1,800 and the rent range for a 3br/2ba unit is from $1,096 to $2,050 *based on income restrictions*.

Residents can enjoy the site’s amenities that include: a community room, computer lounge, playground, large outdoor patio area with a covered courtyard for gatherings, events, and meetings.

The property provides connectivity to all essential community amenities such as Valencia Park Elementary and Nye Elementary Schools, health care, parks, grocery stores, a library and high-quality mass transit (967 bus route is closest to the site).
