The tech landscape is changing as more and more companies realize the importance of having a diverse workforce and creating inclusive cultures within their organizations. On November 17th, join the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area and Dreamers in Tech (a professional tech organization that supports undocumented individuals) for the “Bridging the Gap In Tech” panel discussion and hiring fair.

Learn about what organizations are doing and can do to create more inclusive spaces for Black and Brown employees. Learn about employee resource groups (ERG’s) and how they are redefining the culture of tech. Hear about which organizations are being intentional about providing resources to Black and Brown communities.

This event is open to all ages, races, genders and geographic locations, and there will be over a dozen recruiters on the call looking to connect with BIPOC looking for career opportunities.

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with a new career in tech. Confirmed organizations attending in addition to the Dreamers in Tech and the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area include Standard Cognition, AppDynamics, Okta, Twilio and many more.
