Rollin Roots Food Truck
Our Mantra: Eat less meat. I started this ish in 2019 at local farmers markets, then the rona happened and we had to regroup, and Rollin Roots was born. I have been cooking for as long as I can remember, and created this concept simply because more people HAVE to start eating less meat for the planet, their health, and the lil homies (animals.) As a meat eater, I know how incredibly hard it is to give it up, so I wont ask that of you. But exchanging one, or a few, of your meals with a vegan version does a huge service to the planet and yourself. I recreate meals that don’t make me miss meat, that give me the flavors and textures that I enjoy, that remind me of the food I grew up eating and would like to continue to enjoy. I make as much as I can gluten free, soy free, nut free, and refined sugar free. In fact the things that may contain these items are labeled as such, rather than the other way around. Nothing that could trigger a reaction goes in our fryers, so you can feel safe with what you order from us. If you have a certain allergy just let us know so we can make sure you are fully taken care of. I hope you enjoy my food as much as I enjoy making it.
