The company is world wide. That means you can go anywhere and work. The benefits are exceptional. $35k in life insurance is free. $.86 for $20k of life insurance for children. 401k match min 3%. Profit sharing, reasonable health/dental/vision insurance. The starting salary is $38k but you can compensate this with bonuses. Your promotion is based on performance so you will determine how quickly you move up the ranks.
