I have over 15 years experience in HR leadership and education and hold a Master's Degree. I am a Reiki Master Teacher; ancient medicine keeper; yogi; botanical creator and a handcrafted jewelry maker.
I partner with clients to help them remove roadblocks to joyful living. I do this through using ancient + sacred medicine to heal, provide spiritual guidance, education, and conduct ceremony. I also offer practical + intuitive coaching for individuals and mindful business leaders, and advocacy for underserved groups.
I am especially passionate about ensuring accessibility to this medicine for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and those seeking to heal from trauma or loss.
