The acceptance of the wait-list pre-applications for Encanto Village Apartments near the 62nd Street Trolley Station will begin at 6:00 am on July 8, 2019. The acceptance of waitlist pre-applications will end on August 7, 2019 at 5:00 pm.

    i submitted a interest application never heard anything back and wanted to know when these apartments are open and when will i know about if my name was chosen for the apartments i am a single mother with two children and need of a apartment ASAP

      Thanks for your message Renee, I don’t think they have responded to anyone at this point. We have eyes on this project and no one we know has been updated on the progress so far.
