• To hold quarterly meetings to discuss collaborate, share, and make strategies to improve the success of black owned businesses in San Diego in the name of Ujamaa(cooperative economics)
• To put together a youth business startup fund where every business gives a little to an agreed upon youth with a voted upon business plan in the name of Ujima(collective work and responsibility)
• To mentor, support and patronize each others business as a means of Kugichagulia(self determination)
• To create a black business loyalty card to increase commerce and support of our businesses
• To create a black business expo
