With a Haitian background and a love for vegan cuisine , this concept originally came about due to the lack of vegan friendly island style eateries in San Diego , CA. When you can only order bits of the menu , you can often miss out on the full dining experience. As a result , we love to show individuals that eliminating animal products out your diet isn't so bad.

We often have a standard Classic menu which includes popular Haitian cuisines with a vegan twist such as Legume with "beef" , Vegan griot (porkless bites) , Haitian Airfried "Fish" , and Jerk Cauliwings.
