Rev. Kathleen Owens will offer a Dismantling White Supremacy Teach-In on Sundays, October 1, 1 pm -3 pm and again on November 19, 1 pm-3 pm. Both will build on the Teach-In from May 7. All are welcome.
Also, for white people doing the work of racial justice, Rev. Kathleen will host a group that will focus on support and encouragement to remain steadfast in the work. This group will meet on the third Saturday of each month, beginning September 16, 1 pm to 3 pm.
Bishop T.D. Jakes will be joining Pastor Miles on Saturday, November 11 to share a bit about his new book, SOAR! and sign copies!
