Join the family of Alfred Olango, family Attorneys, community supoorters and the National Action Network for a press conference rally in front of El Cajon City Hall to call for Mayor Wells and the El Cajon City Council to create a citizens a citizens review board for police practices for El Cajon City and and El Cajon Police Chief Jeff Davis to fire Officer Richard Gonsalves who killed Alfred Olango. The call to action continues in calling for California Attorney General Becerra to investigate the killing of Alfred Olango.

FREE Breast Cancer Awareness Event on Sunday October 22, 2017 (12:00-4:00pm) at City of Hope International Church.

Please spread the word to your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and congregations. Our hope is that the education and FREE state-of-the-art 3D mammograms provided will help save a life. Let’s educate everyone on the importance of our women getting routine breast screening to help with early detection, which saves lives. Please help us make this Breast Cancer Awareness Event a huge success. The event is open to the entire community both men and women

Alternatives to Violence Advanced Level Workshop @ San Diego Museum of Man

AVP workshops facilitate the creation of beloved community through the practice of transformative, nonviolent approaches to conflict resolution. AVP is a volunteer-run, evidence-based program successfully used in prisons, post-conflict areas, and communities around the world.

The Advanced level workshop is open to all who have completed the AVP Basic level workshop. It is the second of three steps leading to certification as an AVP apprentice facilitator.

The workshop runs from 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturday, November 4th and Sunday, November 5th and participants should plan to attend both days.

Registration is by tax-deductible donation with a recommended range of $25-125 that includes $8 for museum entry. Please pay what you can, however, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
