We are all knowledge holders and through deep, meaningful, guided dialogue we can collectively start to change perspectives, hearts, and minds.

This Month’s Topic: GENTRIFICATION

Gentrification is a process of changing the character of a neighborhood through the influx of more affluent residents and businesses. This is a common and controversial topic in politics and in urban planning. Some see this as fixing a problem while others see it as creating a problem. Voicing your concerns and listening to other’s perspectives at this Elephant Talk provides an excellent opportunity to come up with solutions that revitalize communities without pushing the existing people.
