The Dope Black network communities of Dads, Mums, Women and Men have come together to create a monthly ‘Village Gathering’.
These gatherings are centered around four main goals: to create a space for learning, inspire action, celebrate our successes, and facilitate collective healing across the inter-gender divide.
With these goals in mind, we see these gathering calls as a key way to improve our communication between the groups and more generally help to better relationships between men and women in the Black community.
We welcome anyone from the Black community to join us if you share the desire to improve your understanding of the perspectives of your counter parts, and explore how we can better accommodate each others experiences.
